  • Administer 10+ professional development workshops each year to 400+ students in-person and via webinar

  • Coordinate 45+ workshop requests each semester for residence halls, student organizations, and academic departments

  • Proposed and coordinated hiring of 2 additional Career Assistants in response to an increase in workshop requests

  • Wrote new Career Assistant job description, promoted opportunity, reviewed applications, and interviewed candidates

  • Created 60-minute interactive cover letter writing workshop and workbook; attendance tripled from 7 to 22

  • Planned “Networking to Next”, a 90-minute women’s networking event connecting 40 students with 9 alumnae

  • Developed Facebook marketing plan to improve social media presence—increased likes by 213 (254%) in first 2 months
